REFUND POLICY
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your SEAKOLORS ONLINE purchase. All items are created by hand and each item is uniquely different (not machine created) therefore, slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and or in stone and bead colors that are natural characteristics of hand craftsmanship and nature. These are not considerations of being defective.
However, if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Late returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unchanged in anyway and must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend you include enough Insurance Coverage in case of theft or loss.
Restrictions apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts. Promo codes cannot be combined. Any order purchased with a discount, including our sample sale is not refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@seakolors@aol.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT be accepted. Again, we recommend you include Insurance to cover your purchase.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your item and If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take an addition 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account from your Bank. We cannot issue refunds until we have received your return. If the goods are damaged in anyway, they will not be approved for refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repairs
Life happens and things get caught and pulled. If your SEAKOLORS piece is in need of repair, please contact customercare@seakolors.com and we will assist you with issuing a repair authorization number. Our basic repair fee is $ 25.00/repair however; additional material costs and labor fees may apply if major repair is required.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your new item, is to promptly return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for your new item.
